At Little Hands, Bit Heart Doula, I offer encouraging support to you and your family before, during, and after your birth.

I will stay in constant contact to routinely check how you are doing and offer support and guidance when needed and/or wanted.

The support that I will offer as your doula has been proven to improve your birthing experience. Whether you plan to birth at home, a birthing center, or in a hospital, I will be by your side through the whole process.

After birth for the immediate recovery and skin-to-skin time, and follow up with you in your home during your postpartum period.
